FIDE-recognized International Arbiter with experience officiating rated and international-level chess events, including service as Chief Arbiter and Deputy Arbiter. Also organizes and manages competitive tournaments, and coaches players — with that coaching informed by what actually happens on the tournament floor. An International Arbiter is the FIDE-recognized official responsible for the correct conduct of a rated tournament — applying the Laws of Chess, overseeing pairings and results, and safeguarding fair play. It is a qualification earned through examination and service at rated events, not a title awarded for playing strength.
